OUR FF&E PROCUREMENT APPROACH
We manage FF&E procurement in three structured phases. First, we consolidate the interior designer’s decorative item lists, including budgets, timelines, and logistics costs. This gives a clear overview of budget allocations and critical lead times. It also allows adjustments where necessary. Next, we coordinate procurement for off-the-shelf items from galleries. Every order and approval is carefully tracked. At the same time, we manage fully custom pieces with specialized artisans. We collect samples, review shop drawings, monitor progress, and inspect quality at every stage. Finally, we oversee logistics and installation. Delivery, storage, and on-site setup are all supervised to ensure a seamless completion of the project.
WHERE WE WORK
We operate in Paris and across France and Europe.
OUR NETWORK OF ARTISANS
For custom items, we bring our network of highly skilled high-end furniture makers and specialty artisans from Paris, France, and across Europe. This includes established family-owned and small to medium-sized ateliers with engineering offices and master makers capable of producing exceptional luxury FF&E pieces. We also collaborate with independent specialty craftsmen to create decorative finishes, working closely with designers to bring unique concepts to life. In addition, we regularly engage emerging artisans and artists whose collectible pieces and artwork reflect originality and creativity. Every designer benefits from our curated network alongside their own recommended artisans.
COLLABORATION WITH LUXURY DESIGNERS
We work hand in hand with interior designers throughout the project. For off-the-shelf items, they provide references and contact details. For custom items, they provide concept designs, drawings, materials, and finishes. We communicate budgets, lead times, and recommendations for value engineering. Together, we use a consistent codification system and work hand in hand to ensure all decisions serve the client’s best interest, while preserving design intent, budgets, and timelines.
LOGISTICS
We integrate logistics planning from the very start of the project, beginning with a technical visit to the residence to understand all constraints. This ensures that any spectacular pieces are designed according to possible logistics limitations. We manage the full logistics process, including collecting pieces, packaging, transport, insurance, delivery, and on-site installation, in close collaboration with trusted logistics partners.
